To shed more light on the ICC, we have prepared this dossier, which intend to provide a general overview of the ICC, its statute and its various organs.
In doing so, we sought information directly from the concerned offices of the court. We hope that what they have made available here and will give clear and unambiguous answers to the many queries and contentions on the role to be played by the court and its jurisdiction.
